Assignments are made by the same models that write the researches, guided by prompts instead of committees. As a result, the distribution is uneven and continuously shifting: some regions become dense, others remain sparse, and the workflow gently nudges new pieces toward underused areas so that, in the long run, every category gets at least a little attention.
